We want you to know that you have chosen the right company to install your pavers. Our office staff and sales team are here to answer any questions you may have regarding your order and installation, so please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions.
At SIP, we believe that communication is the key to a successful and overall positive installation experience. We do our very best to keep in contact with you before, during and after the installation -- giving you updates and making arrangements as necessary.
The following personnel are key to successful communication regarding your project:
Our Project Coordinator (PC) will be checking on your pavers periodically to track your order with the manufacturer. The PC is also the contact for scheduling and for installation questions. You will be hearing from the PC regarding your order and approximate production dates as well as scheduling your job once the pavers are ready to ship.
Our Estimating Staff will be available and happy to assist if you have any questions regarding your project in particular or need to make any changes. Please direct your calls to your estimator.
Our Construction Manager will be at your job site pre- and post-installation, verifying the layout against the measurements, checking and marking the site as necessary, and ensuring the quality of the installation. They also will schedule your walk-through at the end of the job and collect the final payment.
We ask that you keep in mind that this is construction and many factors can affect timelines; however, in our case for paver installations, any delays usually equate to no more than mere hours to a few days. Our goal is to arrange the installation so that there is minimal inconvenience to you.
